So You Want to Rent a Camper
First of all, you do not have to be intimidated with renting, or staying in a camper. Whether this is your first time, or you're a seasoned camper, we are here to answer any questions you have, and make sure you're comfortable through the whole process. We didn't know anything about campers when we bought our first one, and we are here to share our experience and what we've learned with you. During your rental, we are always available to answer any questions you may have.
Renter Requirements
Must be 25+ years old with valid identification.
Must have active credit card.
Must be available for hand-off and return of camper.​
Submit a Request
If you're interested in renting one of our campers, the first thing to do is submit a reservation request. Make sure you fill out the form completely and include any information that you think could be helpful.
We Receive Request
We try our best to respond as quickly as possible after receiving a booking request. You should receive a response within 24 hours from submitting your inquiry. We will review your request, confirm availability, and reach out to you to discuss the details of your trip. We will talk about delivery and pickup options, if you want to haul the camper, meetup times, and additional items you may want to rent, and answer any questions you may have. Once we get all the specifics, we will email you a quote for your review.
You Receive Quote
Review the quote to make sure your dates, camper choice, and particulars are correct. Reach out to us if you have any questions. Once you agree, pay 50% of the rental invoice and your dates are secured! Once we receive the payment, we'll email you a rental contract to complete and send back to us.
Payment Terms
Upon acceptance of booking, 50% of the rental total is due.
7 days prior to the rental start date, the balance of the rental total is due.
3 days prior to the rental start date, the $500 security deposit is due.
Delivery
Must provide campsite information.
We will coordinate delivery and pickup times with you.
You must meet us at time of delivery and pickup unless we agree on other arrangements.
The purchase of additional insurance is not required when we deliver and pickup.
When Hauling
Tow vehicle must have capacity to tow selected trailer.
Tow vehicle must have 2 inch receiver (we provide hitch).
Tow vehicle must have round 7 pin connector.
Brake controller is required.

Renters insurance is required if you are towing any of our campers and is available at an affordable daily rate through our insurance carrier MBA. We recommend adding roadside assistance.
The Week Before Rental Start Date
We will reach out to you to schedule meeting times. We have items we include in our rentals at no additional cost, based on availability, and will confirm which items you want. We offer tables, camping chairs, pop-up tents, coolers, bulk ice, outdoor games, and a Blackstone cooktop.

For delivery, we will coordinate arrival times. We deliver and pickup during daylight hours. Any time outside of daylight hours will incur an additional after-hours charge.
If you are hauling, we will provide you the address to pickup the camper from.
If you are renting the Toyhauler and bringing along any golf carts/ATVs /etc., we do have space for you to leave your trailer.
Rental Start Date
We will double check with you in the morning to confirm meeting time. We will do a full walkthrough and train you on the usage of the camper. We'll answer any questions you may have, and you'll sign off for the camper handoff.

For delivery, we typically will arrive an hour to the campsite prior to you so the camper is setup upon your arrival.

For hauling, we'll make sure you hookup with no issues, discuss hauling the camper, and provide test driving if necessary.
During the Rental
If at any time you have questions, you will be able to reach out to us. You will have our contact information and we are available by phone during your entire rental period.
Rental Return Date
We will text you the day before the last day of your rental to confirm meeting time for the next day.

For delivery, we don't need much. We'll meet up, do a walkthrough on the camper to confirm no damages, and then you're good to go. We will make sure everything outside is packed up, hookup to the camper, and bring it back to our homebase.

When you're hauling, when you bring it back we'll direct you where to park the camper and get you unhooked. We'll go over the camper to confirm no damages, and you're all set to go.
Security Deposit
The $500 security deposit is a refundable fee to cover any damages that may happen during the rental. If no damages are found at the end of the rental, the security deposit will be refunded in full. In case of damages, the security deposit will be used to repair those damages. If the cost of repairs surpasses the security deposit amount, then the renter will be liable for covering the difference.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund of rental fee and optional equipment if canceled more than 2 weeks prior to pick up date. 50% refund if canceled within 14 days of pickup date. No refund if canceled within 5 days of the pickup date. Reservation policy will be followed in all cases despite weather, park/site cancellations, other change of plans, or if you knowingly or unknowingly confirmed a suitable tow vehicle and we find it is not suitable to tow. We reserve the right to cancel reservations in cases where there is a safety issue. A full refund will be provided if we cancel a reservation for a safety issue.
